Finance Report:(Deb/Jodi)
- Bank Account Balance as of 5/14/25: $67,082.48
  - 4/15/25: $37,081.44
  - Shout out for everyone who showed up and helped with our Pizza’s for Pickleball Bash at Sundown last month! It was a HUGE success!
    - We made a total of $20,516.20 at the Bash
    - Anyone heard from Tonya yet?
    - We had a few other nice donations come in around that same time, as well!
    - It’s been a great month!

Fireside Winery Event—June 8th (Mindi–update)
- Mindi is looking for more helpers–email/text her if you can help!
  - Volunteers needed at
    - Week before to tape–6/4 @ 2:30
      - Bring a net from Rec Ctr.
      - Bring money box
      - Some donations sent to our PO Box
    - 10-11(set up) more
    - 11-1(pickleball) 1more
    - 3-5(pickleball) 2 more needs
- Cassie Wyatt has created a flyer & Mindi has shared it!
- Collecting silent auctions–we have 26 items
  - Can people bid without being there? How do we manage that?
  - Emphasize that you don’t have to play pickleball—emphasize that we are building community.
  - Have the school blast our event flyer!

Texas Roadhouse Dine and Donate night. (Mindi)

- Find a date, make a sign and be there so they put their receipts in the bucket
- Also donating silent auction items

Big G round up. (Mindi)
- Money for their courts/nets (2 weeks/ August)
  - Contact net manufacturer and see if they can cut you a deal.

Do we want to do anything? Booth in the park, float in the parade?

Large thermometer/pickleball paddle at the site of the courts to show fundraising progress?
