Location: Williamsburg Rec Ctr–upstairs

● Review/approve minutes(Jodi) from January Meeting

● In Attendance: Jodi, Mary, Mindi, Michael, Cindy S., Joni, Deb, Angie , Lori S.

● Finance Report:(Dawn) ○ Bank Account Balance as of ■ 12/10/25: $94,089.49

■ 1/22/26: $94,914.59

■ 2/26/26: $95,653.34 (Plus $20K private donor commitment)

○ Income: ■ Radiance Medical Spa($250)

■ Merch sales & Membership Fees: ● Venmo: $439.23 + $19.52

● Cash/Checks: (cash box) $280

○ Expenses: ● January – $40 for engineer signs/prints(donated by Jodi)

OLD BUSINESS/ACTIVITIES:

● Engineer 1st Draft for City–Be visible

● Membership drive

● Last Month’s Next Action Steps:(Updates/Review)

○ Do we need to run a media blitz to get more excitement and support for final funding push? ✅Jodi

○ Submit drafts to city for approval – then final draft approval–Begin preparation–at City Council Meeting? Or Aaron? ✅Jodi set up a meeting on Wednesday, 3/4/26 @ 5:30pm(City Hall) with Rec Committee for approval/feedback/questions/suggestions and sharing engineer reports; I plan to meet with engineer afterwards to set revisions & deadline, then schedule to share with City Council for approval.

○ Find our “in kind” donors - get commitments in writing–wait until Engineer’s report ■ Start thinking about who we should reach out to contact?

○ Begin end-of-year donation reports & thank you (receipts) for donor taxes—Jodi, Dawn, Mary

○ If we see Mindy VanZuiden—wants a class for her homeschool group. And, talk to Steph Dacey!

○ Fundraiser event at fireside, maybe in June? Possible dummy board tournament, raffle, food truck. Open to any suggestions. Need everyone all in to make this a success.

○ Follow UP: Steph Dacey wants to do something with basketball girls + pickleball as a fundraiser.

○ Name the April Sundown Fundraiser-get on our calendar–share with members! Start promoting! (Dine, Drink & Donate–Friday, April 17th; 5-7; Live auction starts at 8:30 or 9); ■ Donations—Get them coming and keep them coming!!!

NEW BUSINESS/Activities:

○ Concession Stand Fundraiser–Lori S. ■ Month of June?

■ Re-visit and discuss at next meeting

○ New Instagram Account–PR BLITZ (Jodi)

○ Grants Update: ■ T-Mobile: not selected; Next due date: Mar. 31st

■ AARP: Due 3/4/26 ✅Done/submitted (Review together)

■ Iowa County Community Foundations– Due April 15 ● Grant writing workshop ○ Wed., Mar. 18, 11am-12:30pm (Jodi)

■ Washington County Riverboat: Due Mar. 15

○ Spring Dink Tournament? ■ When? Where? Who can lead? Outside or inside?

○ Meeting with Rec Board: 3/4/26 then, on to the City! ■ Jodi & Mary
