● In Attendance: Jodi, Mindi, Mary, Joni, Michael, Deb, Cindy R., Dawn

OLD BUSINESS/ACTIVITIES:

● Quiet over the holidays–Lots of new players/members at the Rec Ctr. ○ Membership drive? Merch sales pop-up again?

NEW BUSINESS/Activities:

○ Follow UP: Steph Dacey wants to do something with basketball girls + pickleball as a fundraiser.

● Engineer’s Report/update(Jodi) ○ Doc. #1-Site development

Next Action Steps:

○ Do we need to run a media blitz to get more excitement and support for final funding push? Time to revitalize?

○ Submit drafts to city for approval – then final draft approval–Begin preparation–at City Council Meeting? Or Aaron?

○ Find our “in kind” donors - get commitments in writing–wait until Engineer’s report ■ Start thinking about who we should reach out to contact?

○ Begin end-of-year donation reports & thank you (receipts) for donor taxes—Jodi, Dawn, Mary

○ If we see Mindy VanZuiden—wants a class for her homeschool group. And, talk to Steph Dacey!

○ Another fundraiser event at fireside, maybe in June. Possible dummy board tournament, raffle, food truck. Open to any suggestions. Would need everyone all in to make this a success.
