OLD BUSINESS/ACTIVITIES:

● W’burg Night on the Square: Deb/Dawn will report out

● Membership Holiday Gathering on 12/4/25 at Cindy’s home–Cindy will report

NEW BUSINESS/Activities:

● Holiday Pickleball Palooza at Rec Center? (Between Xmas-NYE) ○ Who? When? Times?

○ Jodi & Dawn can work on this and report

○ Steph Dacey wants to do something with basketball girls + pickleball as a fundraiser. ■ Dawn & Jodi will clarify with Steph about the details

● Engineer’s Report/update(Jodi) ○ Questions for VSP: ■ Can they create an official design? (Yes) Mindi–Did you hear from UI on their design? (Yes)

■ Share emails

● Grant Applications/update(Jodi)--Strengthening each application through tone, clarity, adding specific details around our plan and gathering specific Letters of Support: school district, Highland Ridge and the Chamber. ○ T-Mobile–Due Dec. 31st

○ AARP–Opens Jan. 15th

○ Alliant Energy– Due Jan. 15th

Next Action Steps:

○ Additional Questions for VSP? ■

○ (Future)Submit drafts to city for approval – then final draft approval–Begin preparation

○ Find our “in kind” donors - get commitments in writing–wait until Engineer’s report ■ Start thinking about who we should reach out to contact?

○ Begin end-of-year donation reports & thank you (receipts) for donor taxes—Jodi, Dawn, Mary

○ If we see Mindy VanZuiden—wants a class for her homeschool group.
