Old Business Updates

Current Business (in progress):

○ Financial Goals?--Can’t be set until we clarify amounts/bids from the city

■ Discuss email chain regarding engineering study

○ Clarify and begin building formal agreements

○ Complete 501(c)(3)

○ open bank accounts at Hills Bank

○ Fundraising Committee should begin preparation

○ Website–Jodi/Mindi/Melissa–update regarding the cost

○ Contacting nearby towns for costs–Jodi/Mindi Next meeting September 3rd? Or 10th?
