• Current Balance report–$534.21

• Deposits to date:

  • ●  Venmo (+$50, Less fees of $1.05=$48.95 transfer initiated on 11/24/24)

  • ●  Checks (none)

  • ●  Paypal (+$20, Less fees of $1.19=$18.81 transfer initiated to

    Hills on 11/25/24)

● Fundraising(Mary & Michael)

○ Large capital fundraising plan ...has begun!

• *Reminder script and spreadsheet and handouts should be in your

  shared drive.

• Kathy will make copies as needed.

• Some businesses have been split up among the group

  • ●  Is everyone recording on the spreadsheet?

  • ●  Questions? Updates:

• Mindi–Winery Event–They will provide the place for an event free of

  charge

  • ●  Suggested themed parties

  • ●  Dawn will look into the cost of a gambling license

• Shoutout from Mayor, Adam Grier,--Jodi send a thank you!

• Get a Pickle Jar–for tips whenever we set up a table(Dawn)

• Jodi–Come up with a “cute” little way to post thank you’s on FB

• Goal: Everyone get 5-10 donations before the next meeting!

● Williamsburg Court Project Updates ○ Court Construction/Progress

• Specifications received from Jason Miller—Jodi is working with Jason and will fwd to Nikki O when we have the money to pay the city engineer.

• City Council Meeting:

  • ●  Location and agreement APPROVED on Nov. 12th

  • ●  Signed Agreement/Resolution

○ Next steps:■ Email Engineering report to City Council–and get on the next

agenda (Jodi)● What will we need from the City?

• ○  Approval from City’s engineer (We will probably have to pay him...approx $1500–We don’t have that money yet, but we will submit once we have that amount raised)

• ○  Set timeline to officially open for bids

• ○  Set dates to review bids?

■ What about events to get the word out?

• ●  Posting our sign board and handouts at the Rec Center for

  little kids’ basketball camp on Sundays(invited by Nichole!

• ●  Get a video made–Stoner Productions?

• ●  Jodi will speak with Nichole and Mitchell about setting

  something up over Christmas break–Just to get people

  playing & build excitement.

• ○  Possible event(s) at the Winery–They will allow us to use their space for free(Mindi talked to Cassie) Mindi is brainstorming ideas for events

• ○  Michael will share and post our “Cause” to his professional public media pages

• ○  Goal for team–Solicit 5-10 donations before the next meeting and move forward with any great event ideas! Feel free to grab “pickleball friends” to help with fundraising event planning!
