  • ○  Bank Account Balance as of 1/14/25: $10,344.91

  • ○  Jodi & Deb going to Hills Bank on Wed., 1/15/25

  • ○  Find someone to audit our books.(Dawn & Jodi)

• ●  Results–1st Annual Pickleball Holiday Palooza(Jodi)

○ Raised $325.91 AND got more attention

• ●  Website: Add a way to include pictures and Event details

  • ○  Preparing for upcoming Grant deadlines

  • ○  Did not come—Jodi will reach out and work with Laura to begin working on Grants and report back at the next meeting.

• ●  Fundraising(Mary & Michael)

  • ○  Large capital fundraising plan ...has begun!

    • *Reminder script and spreadsheet and handouts should be in your shared drive.

    • Kathy will make copies as needed.

    • Some businesses have been split up among the group

    • Mary & Jodi have been researching and applying for Grants from larger corporations and businesses that donate.

      • ●  Mary: Scheels

        • ○  Many businesses she has talked to and they have

          given

        • ○  She is the top donation gatherer.

      • ●  Jodi: Walmart

    • Follow up with Brothers Market for a “Round Up”--Jodi & Mary

    • Follow up with El Pearl for setting dates for their “Round Up”

      campaign!

    • Michael–Planting seeds–

• ●  Talked to Costco District Manager—We need to touch base with him. Tyler O’Dwyer—talk to him.

• ●  Megan Wardenburg–Mom is a top vender

• ●  Stutzmans Bazooka–Michael’s son is touching base

• ●  Riverside Casino–Joni is keeping Michael in the

  loop.(Feb.2026–March 2026; 50% funded)

• ●  Fireside–Michael and his wife talked with Cassie
